favorite holidays foods

simple to make, impressive when served: GRAVLAX.
don't be frightened by the recipe. it is really fool proof and a rave review each and every time you serve.

this is the best apertif food i have had in years!

  • 1 - 10" piece of salmon thru fish,,, top and bottom with skin on
  • have the fish market debone and separate top from bottom
  • place one side skin down in pyrex dish
  • cover meat side of salmon with 1/2 cup of chopped fresh dill
  • sprinkle 1/3 cup of sugar/coarse salt mixture ( even proportion) over dill
  • place remaining side of salmon meat side down, on bottom layer, matching thin side to thicker side to create a salmon sandwich
  • sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup chopped dill on top skin
  • cover with foil

I have worn Debra's outfits for a few years and I always receive compliments when I step out in one of her creations. The fit is very flattering and I feel wonderful in her clothes. Black is the right color choice with a small accessory of color to finish off the look!

I am anxious to receive my order from the Spring collection. I just love the 60's Icon!

Since I run around town doing errands most of the time, I always have the chance to dress down, yet still look sleek and in style.

Sometimes it seems like it's a lot of work to look glamorous just to step out, but I have found it is so worth the extra few minutes. If you look good, you feel good.

Debra DeRoo outfits make my life easier because now everything in my closet fits and looks nice at a moment's notice.
